Please leave the accommodation clean upon your departure:

- Wash and put away the dishes

- Empty the trash - Vacuum and mop the floor

- Clean the bathroom (sink, shower, toilet)

- Replace furniture if it has been moved

For safety reasons, games are prohibited in the parking lots and on Place de l'Erable. Children have plenty of space in the parks, with the added bonus of a dedicated playground! . - Noisy or dangerous games should be avoided for everyone's comfort.

- Access to the pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the gîtes. Friends, visitors, or outsiders are not permitted to use it, even occasionally.

For your safety:

Do not open or enter the fenced goat and sheep pens unless the owner is present.

You can approach them from behind the fence.

Feeding the goats and sheep? Yes, but with caution! They can eat a few small pieces of dry bread, carrots, or apples, in small quantities and without mold. (Children must be accompanied by an adult.)

Please do not throw anything else to them, even if it seems nice to them! And always through the fence, without entering the enclosure.

Check-in time is from 5:00 PM.

If you plan to arrive late, please let us know. We ask that you report any problems or damages within 24 hours of your arrival.

Self-catering means you are self-sufficient in the cottage (breakfast, lunch, dinner). We provide you with a building equipped with bedrooms furnished and equipped with bedding, a bathroom and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, stovetop), dishes, kitchen utensils, and amenities (tables, chairs, sofas, furniture, TV, washing machine, clothes horse, iron, ironing board, baby travel cot, high chair, board games, coffee maker and Senséo, cleaning equipment (broom, dustpan and brush, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket), barbecue, and decorative items. Out of respect for all occupants and to preserve the site's setting, the installation of tents, caravans, or any camping equipment is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property (private and shared).

Pets are welcome, up to a maximum of two per reservation, subject to certain conditions to ensure everyone's comfort and safety:

- Pets must be declared upon booking.

- Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed. - Pets must be supervised and kept on a leash in common areas. A muzzle is required for "dangerous" dogs

. - Pets are prohibited in swimming areas and are not allowed to use household linen for the comfort of their pets. Remember to bring their own small blanket.

- Pet droppings must be picked up, including in private or shared green areas.

- In the event of a nuisance, damage, or non-compliance with the rules, the owner reserves the right to refuse access or terminate the stay without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation for a pleasant stay for everyone, humans and pets alike!

Walking: A hiking trail in the forest is accessible from the property.

The green path is a 15-minute walk away

The cottage is smoke-free inside, but the terraces are also a welcome addition!

Ashtrays are available on site.
